My tiles were not in stock but were ordered promptly and all your staff were polite and friendly. I have been waiting two weeks to start my work as B&Q do not operate as efficiently. I just wanted to comment on the wonderful service we received from the fantastic Swansea store. Alan was superb, we were only looking originally, however we've now bought the suite, and the tiles, and are now going back for tiles for the kitchen and hall. I have recommended him to friends, who have also now purchased from there. It is so refreshing to go somewhere that gives honest service, and with excellent prices. The product is fantastic, but it's the people there that make the service first class.

Having purchased tiles from yourselves from the Merthyr Tydfil branch where the customer service (Gareth and Clive) was absolutely first-class. We unfortunately encountered what can only be described at best as a 'muppet-tiler' - all wall tiles and floor tiles had to be removed and disposed of such was poor level of workmanship. The help and support offered by Gareth and Clive (MT branch) and Andrew (Mgr - Caerphilly branch) in acquiring identical like-for-like tiles and the level of customer service was nothing short of being pristine - top-drawer ambassadors for Tile&BathCo - Well Done.
